Family Services, Inc. is approved by the Executive Office for United States Trustees to provide mandatory budget and credit counseling for bankruptcy filers in the state of South Carolina. Both Pre-Filing and Post-Filing (Debtor's Education) Bankruptcy Counseling are available and, while we believe the most effective delivery of counseling and education is through face-to-face sessions, for convenience, we also offer services via telephone and online. Upon successful conclusion of Bankruptcy Counseling all participants receive a numbered certificate verifying completion of the course.*
