Downpayment and Closing Cost Assistance (DPCCA)
One obstacle to becoming a homeowner is having the money for the downpayment and/or closing costs. Surprisingly, some lenders still offer up to 100% financing to those who qualify and there are also a number of downpayment and closing cost assistance programs available to buyers who meet certain income guidelines.
Pending the availability of grant funding Family Services, Inc. may be able to assist qualified individuals and families purchase their home through our Downpayment and Closing Cost Assistance programs.
