The Homeownership Resource Center offers an eHome America online homebuyer education course to all South Carolina residents. Designed for those who are unable to attend a classroom setting at the North Charleston office, the course ensures potential homebuyers receive the proper certification. Homebuyers learn at their own pace and are held accountable with integrated quizzes and tests. The course is available in English and Spanish.
